LORNA HUNT's NEW CD: Sentimental Bedlam
Hunk Records Release: January 28, 2003

Sentimental Bedlam is a
wish fulfillment record. It has been, for a good number of years,
my desire to make
a record with my musical hero, David Willey (Hamster Theater)
of Boulder, Colorado . A visionary player and composer, I knew he'd do something
brilliant and strange with my songs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
In the realm of genre, it does apogee expanding gyrations; it rocks, it floats,
it gimps,
it smotes. The arrangements range on a spectrum between hyper-tracked &
slam-packed
to buck & shuck naked, but hell if they don't seem to come together as one
weird cohesive
multi-solar unit.
